Tots – These are our U9’s (Year 4 and below) as well as any new/nervous U11's. Training is on a Saturday morning 9.00 – 10.30am and we enter monthly tournaments for competition.  Hi-5 netball is played and the focus is on learning the basics and encouraging play in all positions but most importantly keeping it fun. We have soft balls for the really young players to ensure that that we build confidence in a safe environment.

Under 11’s Training is on a Saturday morning 9.00 - 10.30am and monthly tournaments are entered. During this phase players are introduced to other skills including scoring, time-keeping and officiating. The tournaments/matches and training will encourage fitness and greater experience of positional play. 

Under 12's & Developement Under 14's (Year 7, 8 & 9) – Training is Thursday 7pm - 8pm and we are entered in to the Two Counties League.  

Under 14's & U16's Developement (Year 8, 9, 10 & 11) – Training is Thursday 8pm - 9pm and we are entered in to the Two Counties League. 

Queens Nottingham & U16's – Training is Tuesday 8 - 9pm.

Bees Nottingham & Queens Ravenshead – Training is Mondays 6pm - 7.30pm.

Hornets Nottingham & Hornets Regional – senior squads playing in the Notts Netball League and Regional Netball Legaue. Training is Mondays 7.30pm to 9pm.
